Consents and Releases

Please make sure to have thoroughly read through the Joel Kramer Israel Study Tour Information and Releases documents that you received by email. We want to confirm that you are aware of several important sections.
You will need to confirm each section below by ticking the checkbox and then signing at the end (both parties if a couple).

Payment and Cancellation Terms

Tour Date:*

$350/person deposit: paid immediately to secure a spot on the study trip (non-refundable) and counts toward the total tour cost

Remaining Balance:
must be fully paid by Dec. 9, 2023 (you can pay in installments prior to the deadline). If the full balance is not paid by the deadline, your spot becomes available to the waitlist unless you have received prior approval from Expedition Bible Tours.

*if you cancel:
by Jan. 5, 2024 - 75% refund less the registration deposit and costs already incurred*
by February 2, 2024 - 50% refund less the registration deposit and costs already incurred*
by February 23, 2024 - 25% refund less the registration deposit and costs already incurred*
cancel after February 23, 2024 - no refund
all cancellations must be received in writing

*if we cancel:
cancellation at any time by Expedition Bible Tours due to governmental action, pandemic, or other circumstances beyond our control – there are two options:
1) receive a full refund less $350 registration fee and less any pre-paid hotel deposits which cannot be recouped*
2) transfer payment to another upcoming Expedition Bible study tour (within twelve months)

*Expedition Bible Tours does NOT refund airfare, only land costs paid to us.

I (we) understand and agree to the Payment and Cancellation policy.

by May 24, 2024 - 25% refund less the registration deposit and costs already incurred*
cancel after May 24, 2024 - no refund
all cancellations must be received in writing

*if we cancel:

Release of Liability

By traveling on this tour you affirm that you are fit to participate in this tour and accept all risks to your safety and health.

All travel involves risks, and travel to some countries, including Israel, involves a heightened risk to your health and safety, including risks from terrorism, criminal acts, and illness.

You understand and freely accept these risks, and you generally and specifically release and hold harmless Expedition Bible Tours and their officers, agents and employees from any liability and any claims for:

(i) any physical, mental, emotional, or other injuries whatsoever that you may sustain related to this tour;

(ii) delays, damages, illness, injuries or death, or for the loss of or damage to property, from any cause (including negligence) and however occurring; and

(iii) any accident, illness, injury, damage, sickness, loss of personal property, delay, or other injury or claim of any kind related to or arising from strikes, armed conflicts, social or labor unrest or strikes/work stoppages, war or acts of war, terrorism or terrorist acts, acts of God, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws or acts of local or government authorities, criminal acts, weather or climatic conditions, volcanic eruption, earthquake, disruption of advertised schedules, refusal of visas, or any other causes beyond their direct control.

Having carefully read this Release of Liability, I (we) understand, agree, and give consent.

Release for Marketing

*Please contact us if your circumstances prevent you from agreeing to this marketing release.

You grant Expedition Bible Tours full permission to use any photographs and/or video footage taken and shared with the group, including any photographs and/or video footage taken of you to use in marketing materials for print, video, social media, and any other medium of marketing materials. Additionally, you grant Expedition Bible Tours permission to use any quotes shared with the tour in marketing materials for print, video, social media, and any other medium of marketing materials.

You discharge and hold harmless Expedition Bible Tours of any expectation of privacy or confidentiality related to these images, videos, and quotes. Moreover, you recognize that you will not receive any financial compensation for the use of any such images, videos, or quotes.

Furthermore, you release Expedition Bible Tours, its owners, its employees, or any third parties involved in the construction and publication of any marketing materials from liability for any claims by you or any third party.

Having carefully read this Release for Marketing. I (we) understand, agree, and give consent.
